What To Expect

At Countryside, you will find a casual atmosphere with coffee, classes and conversation.  Our worship is a mix of traditional and contemporary with drums, piano, bass, and guitars.  We invite you to come just as you are.

The key components of our worship service include:

  • Praise through singing and music
  • A Communion Meditation followed by the serving of Communion
  • A Teaching Moment from a gifted speaker (usually around 20 minutes)
  • Pre-school through 5th Grade children dismissal
  • Fellowship before and after throughout the building

We do observe the giving of tithes and offerings, however we consider this an act of obedience that is between you and God. We have provided offering boxes in the back of the sanctuary for your convenience. We do not pass a plate during our services.

We also offer a children's church time during the sermon. The sermon is usually right after communion. This is available for any child in Pre-school through 5th Grade. Our Children's Church teachers will gather all the children right outside the main sanctuary doors & lead them to their classroom. Once the worship music begins after the message is over, the children will be brought back to the sanctuary & delivered to their parents.

Each month we share a community meal together following our worship service. We call this our Feast on the 4th Sundays. There is always wonderful food & fellowship at every table.

Every month that has a 5th Sunday will be considered our CORE Sunday. This CORE Sunday is focused more on praise & prayers. The goal of our CORE Sundays is to have Christ-focused, Obedient, Relationship-driven, Encouraging Worship. We eliminate a main teaching time to focus more on praise & relationships.
