Who is God?
We not only believe in a God who created the world and holds it all together, but we believe He cares about you beyond your wildest dreams. God is real and he is active in the world. As we come to know and grow in Him, we find meaning, purpose, fulfillment and joy in life.
Who is Jesus?
God communicates with his creation. The greatest act of communication He has even given to us is Jesus the Christ, Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus is the Word of God made flesh so that God could not only speak to us, but so that he could rescue us as well. Our sin separates us from God and leaves us in a cold and suffering world. However, by trusting and surrendering to Jesus, God has provided a way for us to reach Him.
Who is the Holy Spirit?
God comforts and helps his people. Jesus said that he would not leave his people as orphans, but would send a comforter. The Holy Spirit is a member of the triune God who comes to live in believers and aid in the transformation of our hearts, minds and daily lives. God does not simply give us a list of rules and to-dos. Rather, he gives us His love and Holy Spirit to do in us what we cannot do alone.
What is the Bible?
The Bible is God’s preserved and inspired message. As we read and study the Bible together, we can understand who God is, what he has done, and what he desires. If you are looking for something real, true and solid in a changing and uncertain world, look no further than the Bible.
Why does it matter?
Looking at the big picture of world history, individual lives can seem somewhat short and insignificant. However, we will all have to give an account to God for the lives we have lived. Eternity hangs in the balance regarding the decisions we make today. The life you are looking and longing for can only be found in the One who has given you life. We believe you are reading this for a purpose and that God wants to move you toward a community of faith that can help you find the life He desires for you and died to give you. We hope you will join us as we grow together in the true life that is found only in Jesus.
